1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia ("U.S.") who are 18 years of age or older as of April 28, 2009. Void where prohibited by law. This promotion is subject to the laws of the United States and all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Employees of Great Coffees of America, its vendors, affiliates, and agencies and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
2. SPONSOR: The Sponsor of this promotion is Great Coffees of America, LLC, 3439 NE Sandy Boulevard #358, Portland, Oregon, 97232.
3. ADMINISTRATOR: Great Coffees of America is the administrator of this promotion.
4. TIMING: The GreatCoffee.com "Win a Keurig Brewer" promotion begins at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on April 28, 2009 and ends 11:59:59 PM PST on, May 10, 2009 (the "Promotion Period"). This promotion has ten (10) winners – one per day from May 1, 2009 through May 10, 2009 – who will be randomly selected from a drawing of eligible entries received during the promotion period.
5. HOW TO ENTER: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve one's chance of winning. One may enter the promotion online only at www.GreatCoffee.com
6. PRIZES/ODDS: One winner will be chosen each day from May 1, 2009 through May 10, 2009. Each randomly selected winner will receive one (1) Keurig B60 Brewer and his or her choice of 4 boxes of K-Cups (96 K-Cups). Odds of winning will depend on the number of participants.
7. DRAWING: One winner will be chosen each day from May 1, 2009 through May 10, 2009. Each winner will be notified by email within approximately three (3) days of the drawing. The prizes will only be delivered to addresses within the United States.
8. RELEASE: By participating and/or submitting an entry in this sweepstakes, entrants agree: (a) to these rules and all decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, which shall be final in all respects relating to this promotion; and (b) to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Administrator, their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers and employees and agents from and against any claim, cause of action, liability or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
9. GOVERNING LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction,validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant, Sponsor, and Administrator in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
