Equipment - Grinders
To produce the freshest, most flavorful coffee, you should grind whole bean coffees immediately before brewing. We carry several different blade and burr grinders that we believe offer the better value and performance in their price range. Blade grinders are an inexpensive alternative to using ground coffee. If you're serious about coffee, we recommend a burr grinder.
The Bodum C-Mill looks sleek and its strong, precise motor is quieter than most other blade grinders. Wide base provides added stability. Curved top pours easily into brew baskets. Available in black and white.

A sturdier, more versatile version of its twin, the Maestro. Four pounds heavier with 40 grind settings, it handles superfine turkish and semi-automatic espresso grinds with ease.
The Virtuoso, Baratza's top of the line coffee grinder, has all of the fine features of the Maestro Plus but includes upgraded, commercial quality conical burrs, a 480 watt DC motor, more elegant styling, and an attractive brushed-satin metal top and base.
