Superb balance and complex, distinctive aromatics. Richly pungent, sweetly tart structure with cocoa-toned berry – blackberry, black currant – and hints of orange and fresh-cut fir in aroma and cup.
Paradise Roasters, Organic Mexico Chiapas – 91 points
Organic and fair trade certified, this coffee displays a sweet-toned, headily complex aroma: honey, nut, milk chocolate, flowers, orange. In the cup rich, wine-like acidity, lightly syrupy mouthfeel.
